We specialize in individual property owners and small private projects. Our clients are homeowners and first-time builders, architects who need a reliable survey to design from, and small land developers who want a partner they can trust. If you're looking for someone who will take your project seriously and do their best to help you reach your goals, you're in the right place.

 

What we do

​

Land Surveying — boundary surveys, topographic surveys, short plats and subdivisions, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and elevation certificates. All surveys delivered in current AutoCAD and Civil3D for your architect or designer, along with signed PDFs for permitting.

Land Use Planning — we guide short plats, long plats and boundary line adjustments through the local land use process: feasibility and zoning analysis, land use applications and permitting, and representation at public hearings. We help you understand what a property can become — and navigate the approvals to get there.

 

Civil Engineering — site development for land-development projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater, and permitting. We provide engineering and construction surveys for projects we've also surveyed, so the field work always matches the plans.
